The ChemiDoc MP system offers a fully automatic imaging workflow based on application selection and is ideal for sensitive chemiluminescent detection in addition to gel documentation, features the flexibility to image chemiluminescent, fluorescent, and colorimetric samples, includes a supersensitive 16-bit USB CCD camera that is deeply cooled for long imaging times required for faint sample detection and for accurate quantitation of image data, a motorized zoom lens with software driven autofocus, Universal Hood III darkroom with built-in white light epi-illumination and UV transillumination, and motorized filter wheel with standard Amber/ethidium bromide filter (548-630nm), comes with a Windows 10 computer with ImageLab v.6.1 software installed, monitor, keyboard and mouse, 100-230V, 50/60Hz.
