TD-360 Mini-Fluorometer
The TD-360 Biotech Mini-Fluorometer is an economical, variable-wavelength filter fluorometer designed for fast, accurate fluorescence measurements. Ideal for use in many molecular biology studies including DNA and RNA quantification, protein, enzyme, protease, cell proliferation and reporter gene assays. Its user-changeable light source and removable optical filter holder allow quantification of assays of differing wavelengths. The TD-360 quantifies dsDNA in the presence of proteins, RNA and nucleotides. Accurately measures DNA as low as 500pg/mL Includes AC DC Adapter, 12 VDC, 2.3A 30W Max, excitation filter with a UV cutoff of 300 nm, emission filter 460 nm with a 30 nm bandwidth. Comes with the standard cuvette holder.
