REPAIR SERVICES

SER has extensive experience with a variety of commonly used instruments in R&D labs. Although each repair scenario is unique and we may not be able to assist with every request, we always attempt to sort through the best case solution while taking your budget into consideration.

General Service Rates: $450/hr (minimum 1hr) + Parts (if needed, cost TBD)

Local Customer Drop-off / Pick-up allowed

SER Pick-up / Return:  Fee determined by location and nature of equipment. Typically $100-$400.

Preventive Maintenance: Typically a Flat Rate Service, please inquire.

Local On-Site Service: General Service Rates apply + Travel ($325/hr) + Mileage ($0.70/mile).

*Initial visit for evaluation. *Return trip (with Part/s in hand if needed) for resolution if possible.
