We offer flexible service arrangements to fit your lab's location, schedule, and budget. All work is performed by trained technicians with real-world experience.
General Service Rate
$450 /hr
Minimum 1 hour. Parts additional if needed (cost TBD based on availability).
Customer Drop-Off / Pick-Up
Available
Local customers are welcome to drop off equipment at our facility and pick it up once service is complete.
SER Pick-Up & Return
$100–$400
Fee determined by your location and the nature of the equipment. Contact us for a specific quote.
Preventive Maintenance
Flat Rate
Typically offered at a flat service rate. Inquire for a custom PM quote based on your specific instrument.
Local On-Site Service
Custom Quote
General service rates + Travel ($325/hr) + Mileage ($0.90/mile). Ideal for large or sensitive instruments.
